Full Day Wedding Design

Sit back and relax. I handle all the aspects of your wedding. Totally customizable to fit your style, budget and vision. In additiona to all Day of Coordinator and Partial Planning packages, this package includes 5 in person consultations [1 hour each] throughout the planning process. I will serve as your point of contact throughout your planning process and will serve as your wedding day coordinator. All assistants needed to execute your event will be provided for the day of the event. You’ll receive a list of the vendors I recommend as well as help with contacting and booking them. I will attend all meetings with other vendors/services providers, with reasonable notification of meetings and serve as the liaison between you and vendor. I will ensure your marriage license gets signed and mailed out. Assistance in ordering save-the-dates, wedding invitations and all printed material. I will track all guests RSVP for wedding/reception. I will assist couple to stay on budget and provide itemized expenses.

Partial Planning

Geared to the bride and groom who know what they want, want to be somewhat involved but we work hand in hand to create your special day. Wherever you are in the planning process, I will provide assistance and collaboration. Coordination starts 6 – 8 months prior to event date. In addition to day of coordinator package, this package includes: 3 in person consultations [1 hour each] throughout the planning process. Unlimited communication via email, phone and text. Sheri will serve as your point of contact throughout your planning process and will serve as your wedding day coordinator. For weddings over 150 guests, Sheri will provide an assistant on the day of the wedding who will serve as backup. This package includes a list of preferred vendors as needed, help choosing a color scheme/theme. We’ll work together to gather inspiration and make sure your vision is achieved. We will provide a mood board reflecting your color scheme and theme. Will review all contracts, finalize details, and help finalize all remaining payments. With reasonable notification of meetings, I will attend up to three [3] vendor meetings. Will assist to create a seating chart for your wedding day. I will give you assistance with building the timeline and layout of the wedding. I will facilitate the wedding rehearsal [ 1 hour] and will book and organize the rehearsal. This package includes a reception venue walk through prior to wedding, assisting with hotels, out of town guests, transportation for guests, welcome gifts, assist the family, wedding party, and guests as needed. Day of Coordinator

This is for the couple who has everything planned and all you need is someone to execute your vision. I will provide you with support through the remainder of the planning process and work behind the scenes the day of your wedding. Coordination starts 4-6 weeks prior to event date. Includes unlimited contact via email, phone and text, and 2 in person pre-wedding consultations [1 hour each] throughout the planning process. I will serve as your point of contact throughout your planning process and will serve as your wedding day coordinator. Assistant for weddings over 150 guests will serve as my backup for day of event.
